Orders are printed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days nationwide. You receive a tracking number via email and SMS once shipped. Express same-day delivery available in Johannesburg for orders placed before 10am.

Yes — all ceramic and glass mugs are dishwasher safe. The sublimation dye bonds into the coating, so it won't chip, fade, or peel. For travel mugs and tumblers, hand washing is recommended to preserve the lid seals and insulation.
